They're looking for an experienced litigator (pref 5+ PAE but dependent on exposure, experience and ability) to join their rapidly expanding team.

You will have had specific experience in handling mediations as sole or leading counsel. You will strong advocacy and communication skills and a passion for getting the very best for your client.

Knowledge and experience dealing with Building Act/Unit Titles Act/WHRS issues would be preferred.
