As the client portfolio has grown and associated work load, the management really need a person to assist in relieving the busy workload, taking responsibility for job management, hands on work, some workflow & budget management, file review, client servicing and relationship building.

To be considered for this role, you will have at least 4 - 5 years of experience worked in a busy business advisory role and have the gravitas and personality to be a leader within this firm. Other key attributes include:

* Excellent communication skills.
* Able to spot opportunities for building clients wealth and as such selling services
* Experience in managing people and their career development
* Client relationship skills across a broad range of clients
* NZICA CA qualified
* Strong technical skills
* Professional ethics and standards
* Process improvement focussed and desire to add value to the efficient running of the Practice.
* Strong quality service attitude and approach

Salary $70k - $85K+. Equity structure negotiable for the ambitious
